‘Two Suns’ Special Edition - 07/09/09
We are pleased to announce that Bat for Lashes will release a special edition of the album Two Suns on the 7th of September in the UK with a US and international release date to be confirmed very soon.
The double CD and DVD includes a 48 minute documentary ‘Two + Two’, beautifully shot at varying locations across the world from the Joshua Tree desert and Big Sur in California, to the streets of New York and the Welsh countryside, offering an extraordinary insight into the making of Two Suns.
In addition to the full album track listing, the special edition will also contain eight bonus tracks, including the popular stripped back version of hit single ‘Daniel’, a reworking of The Cure’s ‘A Forest’ and Natasha’s poignant version of Kings Of Leon’s ‘Use Somebody’.

I just wanted to say, I adore both of your albums. I am a practicing Pagan, (wont say what branch here though lol) and I find that some of your songs are perfect for evoking certain moods and feelings. Thank you for giving us a new and refreshing style of music. I get a bit tired of the same old stuff, but your music never fails to make me smile, at least a little.
To be honest, my music of choice is usually heavy metal, with a bit of Enya and Bjork thrown in, very ecclectic I know.
I hope another album is on the way soon, and if you have any shows near me in the future, both my daughter and myself will be going. (You converted a 13yr old EMO! Thank you!!)

Two Suns is a great album. Each song has its own mind. Your voice is amazing as your music in general . There is shadow, light, dust, sequin, freedom, traveling, poetry ... a rainbow of feeling, a bunch of picture ...etc… and i love it! Keep singing and hope to see you on stage soon in France.
