Ivor Novello Nomination for ‘Daniel’
It is with great pleasure that we can announce that Bat for Lashes has been nominated for an Ivor Novello award this year.
‘Daniel’, the lead single from the album ‘Two Suns’, has been entered into the ‘Best Contemporary Song’ award.
The winners will be announced on the 20th of May 2010.

You truly deserve it for ‘Daniel’ and my dad (also a fan) agrees with me to. It’s an award that is to be truly proud of.
Also, just like to say that the de la warr pavilion gig this year was truely amazing. I can clearly remember the journey home, me and my dad in the car listening to Radiohead, Prince and Suede while contemplating the full moon ...
